I weigh every few days or once a week. Right after surgery I was weighing every day, but I would have anxiety from the small ups and downs. I moved my scale upstairs since I don't go up there very often.
i weigh nearly every day, but i don't obsess about it. the day i cry is the last day i weigh that often. :) right now it isn't bothering me to see some ups, but down the road it might.
I weigh every morning but I don't find myself obsessing if the scale is up. There might be a little temper tantrum and a cuss word or two but then I let it go. I have yet to actually be banded at this point, maybe after I am my relationship with the scale will change but for now I think I can handle it.
Hi Cheri, Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting. I usually weigh first thing in the morning and usually five or six days a week. I agree with Lap Band Girl and I can do a lot of damage in a short amount of time if I don't keep track of everything.
Looks like you're doing extremely well after only one month. Hope you have continued success in this journey. :)
I do the same as Lap Band Gal. I weigh every morning. I feel like it keeps me on track. I don't freak anymore about the occasional increases because weight fluxuates so much. I use my Wednesday morning weight as my official weekly weight.
I weigh myself every single morning without fail... and sometimes I sneak a weigh in at night or after work... I am for sure a self-proclaimed scale whore!

i do both but I only "count" the once a week weigh in (Friday AMs)
I could do a lot of damage (gain!) in one week, that's why I weigh in every morning

I weigh a couple times a week, but I have an official weigh-in day.
